Warehouse Executive
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or QSR.
Key Responsibilities
1
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.

Inbound & Outbound Operations: Oversee receipt, inspection, storage and dispatch of goods in line with operational standards.

Team Coordination: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks and ensure shift targets are met efficiently.

System Accuracy: Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in real time to maintain data integrity.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety and hygiene standards in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.

KPI Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators including order accuracy, fill rate and inventory turnover.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to lead teams and manage performance under pressure.
Experience in FMCG or QSR logistics preferred.
Soft Skills: Must possess strong communication, team leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
